* UPDATE: REFUND REQUESTS for the 2018 Meeting

Thank you for your patience as we sort through the myriad of details associated with not being able to hold the meeting this past weekend in Santa Barbara.

As previously mentioned, the Executive Committee of the Chapter's Board of Directors has asked Staff to start an immediate search for an appropriate venue and dates for the meeting in April or May,  We will do our best to avoid scheduling conflicts with other major surgical meetings. With this in mind, how you would you like us to handle your registration payment? We can refund the payment now. Or we can hold it until the dates are determined for the April/May meeting at which time you can decide whether to get a refund or apply it to the re-scheduled meeting.

Please let us know which way you would like us to handle your payment by completing this simple form: Refund Request

If you paid by credit card and wish to be refunded, we should be able to credit the same card. If you paid by check and wish to be refunded, please provide address where the refund check should be mailed.  We will NOT use this address for any other purpose and will not update your membership record with this information. It will be used only to mail the refund check if necessary.

Thank you in advance. If you choose to be refunded, we will process that as quickly as possible and will be in touch again when the next meeting is scheduled.

It is a terrible tragedy in Montecito and our hearts and prayers continue to go out to the victims and their families in the surrounding Montecito and Santa Barbara areas. Click here to donate.
